What I Offer
Baby Massage
Baby massage classes offer a gentle, nurturing space to slow down, connect, and spend time with your baby — exactly as they are on the day.
Suitable for babies from around 6 weeks old until they are mobile, as once they start moving independently, it can be difficult to enjoy the massage.
I know how daunting attending a class can feel, particularly in those early months. These sessions are designed to remove as much pressure as possible. All baby behaviours are welcome, and there is no expectation to massage, participate, or “perform” in any way. Whether your baby sleeps, feeds, cries, or simply needs you close, you are supported and accepted.
Classes are thoughtfully planned with parents in mind, including accessible parking, appropriate changing facilities, and a relaxed, welcoming environment. Hot and cold drinks and a plentiful supply of biscuits are always available — because caring for you matters too.
Each session includes time to arrive and settle, gentle relaxation and grounding, optional simple movement or yoga, songs, and the gradual introduction of baby-led massage techniques. There is space to pause, to bond, and to learn at a pace that feels right for you and your baby.
Sessions end with time to chat, connect with others, and enjoy a drink together — supporting both learning and community.

Bespoke Antenatal Sessions
Walk and Wonder Meet ups
Do you have questions about labor, birth, or preparing for life with a newborn? Perhaps you want to understand what happens in the body during labor, how your birthing partner can support you, the range of pain relief options, or what to expect with an induction or cesarean birth.
Recommended for parents from around 30 weeks gestation onwards, giving you time to prepare for birth and gain confidence in your individual journey.
My bespoke antenatal sessions are tailored to you, your pregnancy, and your individual priorities. Held in the comfort of your own home or on Zoom, each session combines evidence-based guidance with practical advice, empowering you to make informed decisions that feel right for you and your family.
Sessions are flexible to fit around your work and other commitments:
Sessions face to face:
£80 for 2 hours
Sessions on Zoom:
£75 for 2 hours
Typically 2 sessions will cover all antenatal aspects and a further 1 session to cover all postnatal aspects, but these sessions are truly guided by you.
Travel: I’m happy to travel to you. Travel appointments are subject to an additional fee to cover time and expenses.
These sessions are about creating a calm, supportive space where you can explore, ask questions, and gain confidence ahead of birth and parenthood — all at your own pace.
Arrange your personalised antenatal session and gain evidence-based guidance tailored to your pregnancy and birth journey.
Let's be honest, getting out with a newborn can be tricky, be it your first or consequential little one. It almost goes without saying there will be an impromptu change of clothes needed- for you and probably baby, possibly a feed, maybe some soothing- all resulting in an exhausted parent and baby.
Sometimes it's easier to stay home rather than try and get outside and meet others. I promise you it'll be worth it, even if you have half of an adult conversation, one sip of a semi-warm drink, one sense of not being alone then it'll be worth it.
These free walks are here to let you know you are not doing this alone. Community can be a saving grace in the transition to parenthood or consequential babies and this is what I hope to create.
Walks are suited for parents/carers with little ones in carrier, pushchairs or back pack carriers- mainly so everyone can keep up with one another.
Come along to a free Walk & Wonder and enjoy gentle movement, fresh air, and the support of other parents in your community.
The first walk and wonder will take place after Christmas. Details to follow.
Attended Baby Massage- The group size was just right. Liked that I can use the massage techniques at home. The nursery rhymes are really effective and loved the yoga aspect too. Baby massage is the perfect balance with yoga for moms and relaxing massage techniques for the babies. Perfect way to bond and encourage digestion.
Attended Antenatal Sessions- Max has a wealth of knowledge. I felt able to ask questions. Stages of labour was eye opening. I have found the course so useful and supportive. I learnt a lot. Max was clear and reassuring throughout. Thank you.
Attended Antenatal Sessions- Fantastic course, even for second time parents
Attended Baby Massage- I really liked the mix of learning massage and getting to chat to other mums. I found the most useful aspect of the sessions how to soothe my baby’s tummy when it’s hurting him. The classes were really relaxed and enjoyable.
